We will discuss the options which may be available, for example whilst a loft conversion may provide you with additional space, costs will normally start at £45K+. Our experts may be able to advise you on internal reconfiguration which would cost considerably less, be quicker and less invasive on your home life but still achieve the additional room or space you require. The cost of this service is £495.

Step 3 At Northeast Surveyors and Engineers we can provide plans for most homes in the North East, with prices starting from £500. We can also provide structural calculations to remove supporting walls from £495.

• Single storey extensions start at £1500 per square metre (price range is usually £1500 to £3000 square metre depending on specification)
• Loft conversions start at  around £45K+ (price is dependant on specification eg number of rooms, bathroom included, velux window etc)
• Garage conversion, prices start at around £15k for a basic conversion and again may vary depending on specification.
